Description
Field House is a charming detached Georgian style residence in a secluded position away from the main road, just a short walk along a footpath from Aysgarth Falls.
The location is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views looking out over superb Wensleydale countryside.
The house has been comprehensively refurbished and decorated to a very high standard. Field House has two double guest rooms, one of which is en-suite whilst the other has use of a lavishly appointed bathroom of considerable size. Both rooms enjoy splendid views.

Local Attractions
Aysgarth is famous for the spectactular Aysgarth Falls, one of Wensleydale's top scenic attractions. The River Ure thunders through a rocky gorge and drops some two hundred feet over three huge slabs of limestone dividing this wonderful natural feature into the Upper, Middle and Lower Falls.
Close to the Falls is St Andrews Church which houses a beautiful wooden screen salvaged from Jervaulx Abbey during the reign of Henry VIII and at the time of the dissolution of the monasteries. The church is open to visitors throughout the day and is well worth a visit on your way to or from the Falls.
The Yorkshire Dales National Park has a Visitor Information Centre, with a spacious car park, located close to the church and the Falls.
Field House is a wonderful place to relax and unwind and to use as a base for touring. There are numerous walks and footpaths in the surrounding area to meet the requirements of even the most energetic walkers.
Open from March to November, Field House participates in the English Tourism Council Inspection Scheme and currently enjoys a four diamond rating.
